When someone sends me an email with a link I get an error message that my browser is out of date. So I cannot access the links. MSN Premium is still using Explorer and my new computer is using Windows 10 with Edge. Is MSN going to be updated to use Edge?

    As a paid MSN subscriber, I suggest that Microsoft either quickly updates MSN to Edge or REDUCE THE ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION PRICE OF MSN.

    <Original content. Not quoted>

    I dunno about that, but you can put the MSN home page on Edge and access the news articles

    without any freezing. Just set it for www.msn.com in the Edge settings.

    I'm currently using the Win10 mail app, but I don't

    really like the layout. I prefer the mail app in MSN much better.

    I'm not a coder. I have no idea how much work it will take to replace IE with Edge in MSN.

    Like I said earlier, they are working on it, but they're having difficulty. They said that they

    will have it up as soon as they work out the bugs. That was in May.  :D

    Maybe if we make enough noise someone from Microsoft will answer.  :D

    I know where you're coming from Ray. I too have been asking this question for a year with no results .  I have paid for Premium for many years and if not for the wife I would have dropped it years ago .  Strange that they don't seem to want to provide the increased security of Edge (purportedly) to customers who are actually paying them for a service ... See my question posted today " MSN Explorer connected to MSN.Com in Edge" ...   Don't know if it's related to a change that they are attempting .....

    We're in the same boat.  We share the same story and same complaint.  I posed the question directly again recently.  I got an automatic reply, and then it went into their dead-letter file, I assume.  Maybe Microsoft wants to cancel Premium.  If so, they should tell us.  My automatic renewal comes up in January.  What if Microsoft has not solved the problem by then?  Ho hum, I'll probably renew because I like the look and especially the top banner.  Does anyone know how to put the apps that are along the top in Premium, along the top in Edge?   If I could do that, I might bail.
