When someone sends me an email with a link I get an error message that my browser is out of date. So I cannot access the links. MSN Premium is still using Explorer and my new computer is using Windows 10 with Edge. Is MSN going to be updated to use Edge?

Its been nearly a year...where is the update?

Haven't read all of the posts, but it seems that MSN is missing the point.  One example of a tremendous difference between MSN Premium and Outlook is that when I use my subscription MSN Premium Butterfly email, the sorting system is much more intelligible, faster and friendly than Outlook (which I was forced to use at work), and when I decide to delete a particular email and all previous emails from that sender, I can tell Premium Butterfly email to sort by name/sender and it immediately gathers all emails to be quickly deleted in blocks or even pages at a time (I have a lot of emails); I can sort by sender and press a letter, and the system IMMEDIATELY goes to all senders beginning with that letter.  Outlook, however, is very slow and labor intensive, and you have to page down one page at a time while it slowly loads the now "archived" emails one page at a time.  It's a frustrating system, for which I will never pay.  Are we Butterfly users being ignored by MSN?  I hope they step up and recognize the loyalty that we have shown them, and do something about this before my expiration in March (I never switched from Windows 7 to 10 until then, and had already paid for the year, not knowing what I was in for).  Don't know if this is being monitored by MSN, but if it is, please DO NOT ABANDON US!  Please give us back MSN Premium email that we can use on Edge (pretty please?)  Thank you for your consideration....Everyone should point out the differences and frustrations they share with Outlook, maybe it will reach the right person...

I agree with Elizabeth's assessment, and she was much kinder then I am about lack of MSN Update.  Just to keep MSN Premium up to date, this is now what I get on a frequent basis.

This site is not optimized for your current browser (Internet Explorer 11).

Please switch to one of the following browsers for a complete viewing experience:

    ChromeFirefoxEdge

And freqently I get this message from  MSN itself, about their own program being out of date.

Please say how you can sort your received email by name/sender.  On my MSN Premium Email I only have options to sort email in ascending or descending alphabetical order.

Yesterday after the tech in India accessed my computer and for an hour changed things, my computer worked for a while with no changes in email, but I noticed that the icons of a few of my critical personal folders were missing from my desktop.   After  searching my computer, they were not found nor listed in Windows Explorer.  I suspected that the attributes for them were changed to hidden but I could not find them in Windows Explorer to change them back.  Fortunately I had a restore point a week old so I chose to recover to that restore point and everything came back, without the changes made by the tech in India.  Now my computer works OK but with the same email problems as before.  C'est la vie.
