When someone sends me an email with a link I get an error message that my browser is out of date. So I cannot access the links. MSN Premium is still using Explorer and my new computer is using Windows 10 with Edge. Is MSN going to be updated to use Edge?

I seriously doubt it.  I have tried everything over a long period of time.  MS just doesn't give a rip about keeping supreme current and working

I understand that this is probably not the place, but is there anyway to get an answer from Microsoft regarding the MSN Explorer problems, preferably in writing and from a source with some credibility (i.e., not a verbal statement from a low level agent in a third world country.)

Yesterday after the tech in India accessed my computer and for an hour changed things, my computer worked for a while with no changes in email, but I noticed that the icons of a few of my critical personal folders were missing from my desktop.   After  searching my computer, they were not found nor listed in Windows Explorer.  I suspected that the attributes for them were changed to hidden but I could not find them in Windows Explorer to change them back.  Fortunately I had a restore point a week old so I chose to recover to that restore point and everything came back, without the changes made by the tech in India.  Now my computer works OK but with the same email problems as before.  C'est la vie.

Today I called MSN on 800-642-7676  and selected 'business' then "technical' then one of the high level  paid subscriptions and got through to a girl in Columbia.  I told her I needed help with MSN Premium and she transferred me to a tech in India.  He accessed my computer remotely and for an hour went through my computer, removed and reinstalled Java quicktime and all the MSN  programs and changed many entries in my registry files.  He was very fast and I could not keep up with him to see exactly what he did.   When I asked him about integrating MSN mail with

Edge rather than Explorer he said that since MSN mail is used on Windows 7 through 10,  the versions are different enough to make it very difficult, too difficult to change each version.  Seems like a lame excuse to me.  He said that I probably will still have problems but that when I do there is a small "e" in the upper right tray and if some attachment or link does not open in MSN Mail, click on that "e" and it will take me to Edge straightaway and open it.  So it looks like Microsoft is letting  MSN Premium support go the way of support for Windows 7.   Is it worth paying for with no support?   I still prefer the format of MSN Mail over the format in outlook.   Easier to use with more options available such as easier to store mail in folders on my computer.  So far his "repair" doesn't seem to have made any difference.
