It's crazy. For some reason Microsoft does not want to support MSN Premium even though it's a fantastic email product. This I dpn't understand and it's been that way for several years

When someone sends me an email with a link I get an error message that my browser is out of date. So I cannot access the links. MSN Premium is still using Explorer and my new computer is using Windows 10 with Edge. Is MSN going to be updated to use Edge?

2021-04-06T22:52:00+00:00 Microsoft Edge does not work with MSN Premium! Only Explorer! That's the problem. MS does not upgrade their own MSN Premium, a much better email product, to work with Microsoft Edge. That's what's so frustrating.

attachments from Premium to Word--I get dialouge box that says I don't have access or permission to open the attachment--I am now going on my fourth
session totalling about 8 hours and no one can fuind the solution. Of course, I can open the attachment on Outlook. Surprise?

2021-04-06T22:13:45+00:00 I absolutely agree, but when I got Windows 10, I got Microsoft Edge, so I have it. When you download MSN it includes an old version of Explorer, which it needs to operate. I don't know to get every aspect of MSN to relate solely with Edge. These days more and more websites do not function properly using the MSN browser. I have to cut and paste to Edge or Firefox.
Not only should they lower the damn yearly price for those of us who want to continue to use this lousy program, but we deserve a rebate on past problems.
