When someone sends me an email with a link I get an error message that my browser is out of date. So I cannot access the links. MSN Premium is still using Explorer and my new computer is using Windows 10 with Edge. Is MSN going to be updated to use Edge?

Today my email started working this morning. Those in India tried to blame my 2 computers, but that was BS. It was too coincidental that both computers are having the same recoveries and the same loss of connectivity to the email. The email is now working intermittently . As I told India, they have problems with their servers.

I am a MSN Premium subscriber and have been for many, many, years. Now my email is working sporadically. Is this because Microsoft wants Premium subscribers to switch to Edge? This email problem has been going on for 2 days. There are no ways of contacting a real person to get this issue resolved.

If anyone has a way of contacting a live person who speaks English please let me know. I hope nobody else is suffering from this email problem that started on June 16, 2021. As another subscriber wrote," please get MSN Premium and Edge to work together"

We all know the problem and have had the frustration for years.  My guess for the future is that when and if Microsoft converts Premium to the Edge browser, we all will be annoyed.  The "new" Premium will be devoid of all we like about the "old" Premium, especially the mail setup.

Somehow I stumbled onto this process.  When I open Mail & More, my mail is separated into three email accounts that I carry for convenience.  Also, I have Outlook with it being associated with one of the three email accounts, my MSN email account.  As I scan my Mail & More emails in the other two email accounts, anything I want to read I transfer to my MSN email account.  Afterwards, I open Outlook and read the emails I put there in my MSN email account.  Big time saver, gets rid of lots of stuff quickly that I don't care about.  It's annoying, but works.  I'm risk-averse, so I'm careful what I wish for - I might just get a Premium with Edge but lose all I like about Premium now.

I'm in with Premium until next January, then I'll decide whether to give up on Premium.  (I said that last year, too).

Hear Ye.  Microsoft took one of the best email services, MSN Premium, downgraded it to MS Outlook, and abandoned those subscribers with MSN Premium.

MSN Premium has a much better look.  The black and white background option with Outlook is not as easy on the eye as MSN Premium.  You can save the entire email in MSN Premium since you hit "File and Save As"  Cannot do that with Outlook.  MSN Premium has spell-check.  It has a much better email search.  It finds things I can't when searching in Outlook,  Overall MSN Premium is much better and reminds me of the workforce Outlook email.

However, Microsoft continues to say they are upgrading Premium to work with Edge and that has been several years and still nothing.  But they continue to take the $59.95 a year.  I keep MSN Premium because I use some of the features that Outlook doesn't have.  But of course I can't use it for web searches or links.  What ashame that MS didn't expand on MSN Premium since it's much better than their Outlook.
