Hi. I have never had a discord link,its almost impossible to get any response. It is like a minefield trying to find a way of any contact.I think they make it like that so we give up. Its like that with a lot of large companies.

It ran great until I bought the Ultimate Add-Ons bundle, now it simply crashes after showing the splash screen for 30 seconds.

Edit 12/13/2019: After installing the latest update last night, the game seemed to start fine. I will continue to update this post with status.
Edit 12/14/2019: The game no longer starts.
Edit 12/28/2019: See user realcoda's post on page 5 for a solution. Be sure to back up everything on your PC before attempting as it involves editing your registry.
Edit 2/19/2020: The game runs after today's patch.
Edit 2/21/2020: Today's patch has reintroduced the original issue.

2020-02-01T20:28:40+00:00 I have to agree, I've pulled my hair out trying to get a way of contacting Microsoft as well. I'm guessing I got the discord link because I was p!ssing them off with all the chat I only had four tickets lol, but I was extremely persistent. I've learnt to be persistent because of dealing with TQDigital who I have to say are worse than Microsoft by far. TQDigital have absolutely no clue whatsoever I mean think of the most stupid people you can think of multiply it by 1000 and you're still not close to how stupid TQDigital are.

2020-02-01T22:18:15+00:00 Oh I think Microsoft take the crown for messing up PC's when they update lol, but yeah let's hope they don't :) I've also asked Microsoft to deregister the game as somebody gave me that suggestion on the discord channel
