I would recommend not to try and install the Ultimate Bundle after you installed the game after you deleted the game and all files and registry keys of FH4 because you already have VIP and all DLC cars unlocked in Autoshow. Just manually install expansions without installing the full bundle and it will work.
Forza Horizon 4 won't launch
It ran great until I bought the Ultimate Add-Ons bundle, now it simply crashes after showing the splash screen for 30 seconds.
From the event viewer:
The program ForzaHorizon4.exe version 0.0.0.0 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.

Edit 12/13/2019: After installing the latest update last night, the game seemed to start fine. I will continue to update this post with status.
Edit 12/14/2019: The game no longer starts.
Edit 12/28/2019: See user realcoda's post on page 5 for a solution. Be sure to back up everything on your PC before attempting as it involves editing your registry.
Edit 2/19/2020: The game runs after today's patch.
Edit 2/21/2020: Today's patch has reintroduced the original issue.

2020-01-03T16:07:43+00:00 So just to clarify, did you simply fast travel to each expansion area (Lego & Fortune Island) and install the content within game or did you do it prior to booting the game up from the Microsoft Store app? I just want to be absolutely sure about this before I make another move cause of fear that everything will just stop working again like the last time (that was a nightmare for me to fix).

I fast traveled to each expansion area and clicked Continue on them and it only said Install, I clicked it and it booted up Microsoft Store and installed only the expansion I wanted it to install and when it installed it worked correctly.

2020-01-04T02:08:12+00:00 Yay Forza replied back to me asking me to update Windows which is updated and then proceeded to say
"Hello, It seems that your Xbox live is not valid, please make sure that your Xbox live is still active and your Game pass is also valid,
Thank you, "
Except it appears to be valid being as I got Game pass and added Halo the master chief collection. So I'm still without Forza and still clueless
And I even tested the online part to Halo with no issue at all
