Forza Horizon 4 won't launch

hi i have started another ticket at forza,but they are on vacation until 6 jan so will have to wait,i already been to them before xmas where an agent took control of my pc and did a lot of checks then he or she said they have my email address and will contact me back if we lose connection. Ha did they? Nope! i feel going round in circles. there is either a problem with original game that wont accept add ons, or the add ons have not been programmed correctly. i havent had error messages though. they cant keep ignoring this...it costs us money and a lot of our wasted time. starting to get annoyed now been over 10 days for me.

I agree, we bought it in good faith that it would work and yet here we are, I'm on my second or third day. I even installed the demo just to see if it would run and it did which just made me even more confused, it's something to do with DOM whatever that is. I spent a while trying to get it to work but it seems it's a permission issue from what I could understand and PerAppRuntimeBroker

Yes its annoying because i had the base game and grandson played it for two weeks gained 2million cr bought the car he loved then i went for the upgrade add ons....bang it vanished! paid good money for about 2 weeks of playing ...its a rip off! they better get this sorted,at least they could give a full refund but as i had the game for over 2 weeks they wont. asked for refund on the add ons and still waiting ,they say they are running 5 days late on that. if i could take the add ons off maybe it would run again. but dont think its possible,,i dont know

I've tried every suggestion given apart from a fresh install of Windows and I absolutely reuse to do that not just for one game. I have only tested the demo not actually played my full version, I originally started with a cracked version and those guys are really on the ball when it comes to errors. Pretty sure they have got the ultimate edition working and with all the new addons. 

It really is a disgrace that they got it working yet we that have bought it are not able to play it :(

I wouldnt bother trying the fresh install of windows,i have done that and it made no change, microsoft say my system is the latest version ,xbox have tested my system and say it is fine,but told me to contact forza (done that twice now) im going to wait now until next week hopefully to hear from them and the game devs. i will post any updates that i get .
