Forza Horizon 4 won't launch

Explaining your issue, and then linking as much proof as you can of others having this issue, so links to this page we're on right now, and other examples of people having the same issue, this shows that the issue is bigger than just a small percentage, if we can get the awareness out that it's a bigger issue than it sounds, they are more likely to be inclined on investigating it! 

So please take the small time and create a ticket!

I am super confused now. 

I purchased Forza Horizon 4 in 2018. 

I had the Gamepass active until now and recently canceled it. 

Now that the gamepass is canceled, the Xbox app tells me i need to purchase the Gamepass in order to play Forza Horizon 4. 

If i try to check the games i own in the menu, the Xbox app "Crashes" and tells me it needs a restart to fix this issue (Surprise, it doesn't fix it). 

If i try to lookup my games on the normal Windows Store, i get an empty page. 

If i try to open Forza Horizon via the Search in the Windows Store, i get an error message that the page could not be loaded. 

What the ****?

It's without doubt frustrating I keep getting told "it still shows your Xbox live as not Active" So I have sent screenshots proving it is active and the game still will not load, at least the Forza team are responding unlike Microsoft , I've even checked to see if it could be something with my PC but it shows it's above the recommended system requirements according to

Which gives a download to check the PC so it's definitely NOT my PC at fault. It's probably a missing dll or something daft which isn't mentioned on their site I had to install VCRuntime140.dll to get this far which is VC 2015 Redistributable Package in case you're wondering but again that's not mentioned any where which is annoying

Forza are checking my dxdiag, I have added every Redistributable Package made.

I am marking this ticket as "Solved" as we do not require more information from you for our investigation and are working on a fix. We don't need to bother you with a ton of questions or troubleshooting tips, as its being worked on by our devs already.

we live in hope. I spent all day trying to get new pc to run it but another day wasted. I got refund on add-ons so I thought I would uninstall and re download the original version...hours wasted. yet it works on old pc after about 10 times launching it. you would think after all the hassle its caused they would exchange the game for the ultimate game,and let me keep that. but not a chance basic game now ...runs so slow on my old pc.

I will post any response if that ever happens

I hope so otherwise it's money wasted and will deter me from buying games and sticking with cracked games at least support with other games is 100pct
