They will NEVER fix it. WhatApp had recently a huge vulnerability and they fixed on iOS and Android but they didn’t bother for Windows phone as it is only one month before EOL. Get used to it and migrate to a more friendlier platform!

Hello, I'm using Nokia Lumia 530 model with windows phone 8.1 update and OS version is 8.10.14234.375. I am unable to sign in my existing Microsoft account because store contains error code 80070057 continuously so I'm unable to download any app from store in windows phone device. So please solve my problem urgently. Please help me. Please help.

It is not known at present how long it will take for Microsoft to fix the problem. In the meantime, the best long-term solution for you would be to upgrade your Lumia 640 to Windows 10 mobile using the Over-the-cable Updater, which you must download and install to a PC from here:

I want upgrade to windows 10 but i can't download windows updater.
I try with OTC updater but doesn't recognize my device, driver doesn't work with windows 10.

Try a different PC, it does work on W10 but is a bit funny on some machines.

Yeah I also have this problem every time I try to install apps from the store .I keep on having a store error telling me that the error code c101a006 might be helpful.Please Microsoft support do something.
