Hello, I'm using Nokia Lumia 530 model with windows phone 8.1 update and OS version is 8.10.14234.375. I am unable to sign in my existing Microsoft account because store contains error code 80070057 continuously so I'm unable to download any app from store in windows phone device. So please solve my problem urgently. Please help me. Please help.

I am dealing with this issue since November 14th, no workaround found yet. I really would appreciate if the store works as announced. If that is not possible people at Microsoft should not make announcements about how long operating system xy is supported, that's embarrassing.
As already posted further above on this page, there is no workaround. You need to wait until MS get around to fixing it, nothing you can do on your device will make any difference.

Me too from last five days.. still no solution .
lam fedup of this inability to download and install whatsapp app on my lumia 640XLwindow phone. It keeps given error C101a006. I have tried all possible solution but no result. Am stucked. I ca access my whatsapp for many days now. Please help urgently!
It is a non sense already! Since November 14 the Microsoft Store is unaccessible for Windows 8.1 phones. However the official shutdpwn date announced by Microsoft is December 16-th.!!! What is this? Microsoft is laughing on us?! Will never buy a Microsoft device/OS again!
