New Windows 10 update making everything slow

Installing the next update seemed to fix the problem.  But that was after a whole day of trying to fix it and finding I couldn't back up to the previous version because I ran a cleaner.  If Microsoft is going to send out an update with a problem, and then they're going to send out another update to fix it, I wish they would let their users know.

I'm very happy to hear that your system is up and running again. To answer your question, I deleted everything. I wiped my M.2 primary "C" drive clean. Now you have me curious, did you wipe yours clean or did you save your data. I had been through this wiping process so many times, back to back as a result of Microsoft's ***** updates that I was not willing to take any chances, that I might have to dump it again.

Thank you for sharing with me, that you had success at getting your system back up. I only wish that Microsoft would do better, when it comes to their updates. Folks pay for their product and then the general public has to figure out how to make it work each time they screw up. In my opinion, that's a poor way to run a Company. The reason I say this is do to the fact that there a probably Millions of Window Users that are very angry at the fact the updates crash their gaming rigs, businesses etc.... 

My son is a Gamer and I am a Video editor, with 8 Screens and 3 Rigs supporting my editing system, and talk about getting mad, you know the cartoons when one of the characters go from peaceful to red hot mad, well that's me, as a result of having to wipe my rigs so many times. Prior to this very last update, I had not even finished restoring my Rigs the way I had them, then bam another update comes out, only to force me to have to wipe it all clean again. There other words I wish I could say here, but I know Microsoft would not permit it to be visible. I learned this from experience.

ANOTHER LOAD OF CROCK!! I DID ALL THAT TO NO AVAIL. Microsoft needs to STOP RUSHING THESE FAULTY UPDATES OUT TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND TEST YOUR PRODUCT BETTER. 

Each time I have searched and done every suggestion from Microsoft, it never worked. I alone sit behind 3 editing Rigs, only to have the Microsoft updates screw it all up. At the time of 1909 & 2004 the only thing that fixed it was to wipe the hard drive clean and install the OS with all updates, then lay in after the OS any and all software one might be using.

So I call this post a CROCK of ****!

First off, I want to thank you for taking the time out to email me what your experiences have been. But sorry to say I don't have DropBox.

Plus, I ended up wiping my system and reinstalled Windows Pro 10 and the updates went in as a whole, and as a result, it corrected my issue. On the final reboot my system went right in as it was doing previously to the update. My system is locked with a thumb drive key, and of coarse the key was inserted and it went straight in, instead of cycling for 30 minute just before it reached the login screen. That where my system would hang up. I am serious about it, just standing still for approx 25 - 30min, just cycling there with the working icon. 

I could go to the kitchen and cook myself breakfast before it eventually sign in. So that's what I ended up doing to fix this rig of mine, it blows my mind at how often the Microsoft updates are causing just as bad of a problem if not worse as if I was hit by a virus. It literally made me mad as **** do to the fact that I had to wipe my machine.

Hi would this fix the unbearable lag from booting into desktop to being able to actually use the computer. 

Specs as follows

*Windows 10 64bit Pro 2020 release 

*1 tb hard drive 

*Amd Fx 4100 3.6ghz quad core processor

*32gb ram

*GA-970A-DS3P motherboard. 

Sever lag from first desktop showing to actually being able to open a program it takes 20-30mins to stabilise. During this time it Blue circles if I try and use it during the initial booting. As others have said 2020 may update is awful 1909 was just about usable. Any help would be great.
