    I have already replaced the battery, this is not the fault, it's a confirmed software issue.

    The answer has bee previously posted. There is nothing you can do (in my experience) until you get the Windows May 2020 update, which they roll out whenever. It's a pain.

    He can download the windows update tool and update it himself. Doesn't need to wait for windows update.

    Hi.  I already have the May 2020 update installed - it was having done this that the problem started.  I was initially told it was a hardware issue, nothing to do with the update, I have since learned differently.   ...and still no-one seems to know how to fix it.  My local PC repair shop say I just have to sit and wait for a fix to be issued by MS....!
