2020-08-30T21:35:09+00:00 Hi. I already have the May 2020 update installed - it was having done this that the problem started. I was initially told it was a hardware issue, nothing to do with the update, I have since learned differently. ...and still no-one seems to know how to fix it. My local PC repair shop say I just have to sit and wait for a fix to be issued by MS....!
