I'm sure none of those 15 years of experience has been dealing with Windows 10. UEFI over BIOS now, get with the times.
Do you have the issue? or are uou going to be the same people that are giving false resolution "its a hardware problem"? Numerous people in this thread and other posts have already replaced their battery and power supply AND IT DIDN'T RESOLVE THEIR PROBLEM. So suggesting to boot without a power supply is really not doing anything new.
You would think if you had 15 years experience of doing something, you would have learned to read the thread first and see what others have done already 😒
