How will I removed the display in my laptop it says 255% available (plugged in)

please help thank you

    I just got this fixed on my end, have had the 255% issue for a couple of days now.

    1. Powered down the PC and held the power button down for 30 seconds.
    2. Removed the battery and restarted the computer.
    3. Let the computer boot back up and everything loaded.
    4. Re inserted the battery while the PC was still on and running. It immediately started charging and the 255% went away. Have restarted multiple times and its still fixed.

    I never knew that this is a bug affecting this issue. I haven't been faced with this issue yet. Have you gone to the feedback hub and search to see if anyone sent a feedback regards to this issue? If there isn't any feedback regards to this issue, that means it might not be a bug.

    I don't know how to help you since I do not have that issue before. But you can try creating a new user account or scan your system for corrupted files. Please give it a try.

    Why is yours having an x? Mine doesn't. Was it plugged in? Have you tried searching online for your driver? I am using an Acer laptop too. What is your device model? Have you contacted Acer?

    I'll look into it, but the computer also turns itself off when I detach the charger when it's on. I have no clue why, but it is unable to read the battery percentage.
