    If you have built-in battery in your device. Please check the battery cable connected to your motherboard if it is properly connected.

    Hi, I had the same issue on my Acer 5755G on Windows 10 and what helped me was removing the battery from the Device Manager and rescanning the hardware changes. The battery indicator is back to normal.
