    look at this see its at 255 "percent" please help ill do anything its been doing this for 2 days, if i take my charger out if will do a black screen and power off. please help me :(. Windows 10 microsoft.

    Well it is serious because the battery won't charge.  You can only boot your computer if it's plugged in.
