Wireless bluetooth earphones keep disconnecting...

I bought Realme buds wireless bluetooth earbuds recently. I started using them with my phone and it worked just fine. But when I used it with my laptop (Asus FX570UD) it works for sometime and then automatically disconnects and the same problem persists when I reconnect it again. I tried troubleshooting but it is of no use. I need help with why it keeps disconnecting frequently??

no, it didn't work for me. because when you uninstall Bluetooth driver , windows automatically install a new one.

Windows will do that automatically as when you uninstall in the device manager, the driver has not been removed from the root. I faced a similar problem as Realtek driver used to reinstall after rebooting. So used a third part utility to uninstall: https://www.driverscape.com/download.

Driverscape utility worked for me to uninstall the system Realtek bluetooth driver from root. After I rebooted, windows installed the Microsoft Generic bluetooth adapter, which works perfectly with realme buds wireless. Try this method to uninstall and let me know if it worked for you.

    Hello Lohit,

    Today i will give the final solution for your problem,

    please follow the steps:

    step1: go to device manager --> tap on bluetooth and uninstall the present driver in your system.

    step2: goto -->https://www.asus.com/Laptops/ASUS-Laptop-X507UA/HelpDesk_Download/   download the 

     Version V20.60.0.4

    2018/09/14

    Intel Bluetooth driver;

    Step4: then install that driver in your pc and then restart the pc

    step5: then connect your bluetooth to your pc 

    step6: enjoy your music

    Even this method doesn't work in my case ...

    i tried calling customer support and they have asked me to got to the service center and get it fixed 

    and even they cant help me with this issue.

    what should I do with the same?

    It did work for some time, I thought the issue was resolved. But then the same problem appeared again.

    same thing happened with me though. that trick works for one day only after that windows again decided to update my driver automatically.
