Wireless bluetooth earphones keep disconnecting...

I bought Realme buds wireless bluetooth earbuds recently. I started using them with my phone and it worked just fine. But when I used it with my laptop (Asus FX570UD) it works for sometime and then automatically disconnects and the same problem persists when I reconnect it again. I tried troubleshooting but it is of no use. I need help with why it keeps disconnecting frequently??

no, it didn't work for me. because when you uninstall Bluetooth driver , windows automatically install a new one.

Windows will do that automatically as when you uninstall in the device manager, the driver has not been removed from the root. I faced a similar problem as Realtek driver used to reinstall after rebooting. So used a third part utility to uninstall: https://www.driverscape.com/download.

Driverscape utility worked for me to uninstall the system Realtek bluetooth driver from root. After I rebooted, windows installed the Microsoft Generic bluetooth adapter, which works perfectly with realme buds wireless. Try this method to uninstall and let me know if it worked for you.

    I've been following this thread from months and nothing works. But now i have found the solution. 

    Specs: 

    headset : Realme wireless buds

    device : Lenovo ideapad 530s

    bluetooth adapter installed : RealTek adapter (this is not generic on my device)

    So what i did is ,

    1. Device manager -> bluetooth -> right-click on present bluetooth adapter (i had realtek adapter) -> properties -> driver tab -> update driver, then a dialog box will open.

    2.  Select "Browse my computer for driver software" -> "Let me pick from a list ......" -> select generic bluetooth adapter and click next . 

    1. After the installation is complete , try connecting the headset again ! 

    ps. It worked for me , please let me know if it worked for anyone. :)

    This method for using Generic Bluetooth drivers instead of the Realtek ones was highlighted by me in an earlier post on this forum. Turns out it is only a temporary fix. The issue of disconnection starts again within a few hours/days atleast in my system(Asus laptop). Have found a permanent solution for this problem after testing it for a month now. Wanted to use Realme buds wireless with my laptop for its good bass and sound quality and buying a new pair of bluetooth earphones of other brand is not cost effective for only usage with laptop, so decided to try this cheap method and it worked!!

    I bought a generic bluetooth nano adapter from Amazon.in called CSR 4.0 for Rs.190. Already needed a bluetooth adapter for my old desktop system, so gave it a try with my laptop too. So I plugged it to my laptop and disabled the inbuilt bluetooth adapter of the system. Now my Realme buds wireless are working perfectly fine with my laptop with this Bluetooth adapter for over a month now. 

    So would suggest people facing this problem and desperate to use your existing earphones with your laptop to invest in a new Bluetooth adapter. Tried this method with a cheap chinese adapter, which I am assuming will not work after 6 months (cheap build quality). A more reliable option will be TP Link adapter UB400 which costs between 400-500 rupees, but will be a good long term solution!!

    i have the solution of this problem i just solve it with realme buds 

    just disable bluetooth adapter and remove all drivers and go to device manager and click  on action  and check for scan for hardware changes the click on bluetooth and again check it. now your problem is solved.
