Wireless bluetooth earphones keep disconnecting...

I bought Realme buds wireless bluetooth earbuds recently. I started using them with my phone and it worked just fine. But when I used it with my laptop (Asus FX570UD) it works for sometime and then automatically disconnects and the same problem persists when I reconnect it again. I tried troubleshooting but it is of no use. I need help with why it keeps disconnecting frequently??

no, it didn't work for me. because when you uninstall Bluetooth driver , windows automatically install a new one.

Windows will do that automatically as when you uninstall in the device manager, the driver has not been removed from the root. I faced a similar problem as Realtek driver used to reinstall after rebooting. So used a third part utility to uninstall: https://www.driverscape.com/download.

Driverscape utility worked for me to uninstall the system Realtek bluetooth driver from root. After I rebooted, windows installed the Microsoft Generic bluetooth adapter, which works perfectly with realme buds wireless. Try this method to uninstall and let me know if it worked for you.

    Hi,

    I think I have figured out the main culprit for this problem with Asus laptops. It is actually the Realtek Bluetooth device driver which is installed on your system which is somehow disconnecting the Realme buds wireless. I completely uninstalled the Realtek Bluetooth device driver software from my system and am running on Microsoft Generic Bluetooth device driver. After this solution, my Realme buds wireless have stopped disconnecting automatically.

    i think i found a solution for this. i will tell you what i did....

    1. First turn on airplane mode.

    2.  Now, Start Bluetooth.

    1. Search for new Bluetooth device.(Note: - Firstly remove realme already installed driver.)
    2. Now, connect to the realme Bluetooth.
    3. Turn off airplane mode and enjoy the music.

    hey, i had the same problem with my realme buds wireless. i tried everything but this issue just didn't solved. finally i was messing with some settings and finally i found the solution.

    go into, sound settings >  manage sound devices > there you will found two realme buds device options, DISABLE the hands free AG option and done. now they work fine.

    Try to run the troubleshooter for Bluetooth.

    None of those work, I have already tried those methods and the earphone driver is in the updated driver version. The bluetooth earphones just work fine with all smartphones I use and I encounter the problem only with my laptop. Also, I own a bluetooth speaker and it works fine with my laptop. I don't know if there is such a thing as earphones not compatible with laptops...

    I need help
