I have been getting this message since the 3rd.  I have tried the sync troubleshooting steps but they have not worked.

I was finally able to fix this by going into the Shared experience settings in Windows 10

Click the start button and type Shared experiences and then open the setting. Toggle the On switch and see if that works. Even if the on switch is already on, toggle it off and then back on again and see if that fixes it. One thing to note is that you should probably only have My devices only in the dropdown menu.

The toggle-off-then-on trick worked for me too. Thanks a lot!!!

If you have ever installed Samsung DeX on  your computer do not try anything else, because nothing will work. Even uninstalling DeX will not work either. If you want Your Phone app to work you need to restore your computer completely.

See what happens when you read what a program is telling you do before assuming something is wrong?

Please pay attention to what the **** software tells you to do, it tells you about Shared Experiences in bold several times. Its also all over MS website.

This thread is doing nothing because people are talking about problems that arent even problems.

I tried toggling the shared experience setting but it only works temporarily.
