Allowing the certificate is a bypass not a solution.
Bitdefender blocks the connection because it is unsafe to allow a certificate that is not correct.
The problem is that Microsoft has not upgrade the certificate.

Exactly my point! It's a MICROSOFT certificate that hasn't been UPDATED! It's still safe to allow it BECAUSE it's a Microsoft certificate!
I will not reply to anymore posts. The problem has been solved for me,because I did the research. Good luck to everyone.

What I still do not know is why or how "markets.books.microsoft.com" shows up on my computer in the first place for Bitdefender to block. It comes up out of the blue when I am looking at articles that are totally unrelated.
