2019-11-16T22:02:29+00:00 Hello, I have Bitdefender 2019, and I had this same expired certificate error that you are seeing. Bitdefender blocks it because expired certificates are backdoors for malware. I couldn't get emails into my Outlook 365 account because of Bitdefender blocking the connection to markets.books.microsoft.com. When I added the markets.books.microsoft connection to Exceptions in Bitdefender, all of my emails from my server flooded in!
Just add the markets.books.microsoft.com to Bitdefender Exceptions list, and Outlook 365 will import emails.

2019-11-19T08:19:33+00:00 I also have Bitdefender and receive 3 to 5 of these blocked transactions, every 2 to3 days. My stem from Windows Edge. You say you simply permitted markets.book>etc access. But you have not stated if it's safe to do so!
