I COMPLETELY agree with you.  Has ANYONE contacted MS about this huhumm "problem" and what was there take on the issue???

Its frustrating and sooo not ok but do we really HAVE TO indefinitely have to deal with this?  BRAVO to bitdefender, it does not look over the security issue, even though we do everything to block it.

Hi, my Bitdefender blocks the same address. I followed the trail for a while. Googled that market.books. etc. People in the comments were talking about a "MAC address". I had noticed that part of the description of the device under market.books. blah, blah, there was also reference to "MAC address". No explanation as to what it is. Contributors obviously knew because they don't make mention of exactly what it is.  In one of the comments was mention of a company Quora.com. Googled it. Couldn't get in. They also wanted too much info. Went around the back to their comments section and got in that way. They are a company who does everything under the sun. One of them is to sell licenses to allow people to "enter" other people's computers. The licenses expire within a few days. I wanted to check my Network but the file was empty. I went to Settings in the Start Menu - Network & Internet - Status - Network Status - Change your network settings - view your Network Properties. There I found all my Network's activities. Connected then disconnected, connected then disconnected, etc. The computer that was connecting should just about be due for a new license, it's been a couple of weeks.

Copy internet name - market.books.etc. paste into new tab.

Comments made about a "MAC address" (also part of internet name for markets.books. etc.) Google "MAC addresses". Nothing interesting except there's no clue as to what MAC address is. Mention of Quora.com in one of the comments. Googled Quora.com. Wanted too much info to get into site. Went to their comment section instead (in the same search somewhere stuffed in and around Quora.com) Got into the site that way. Among a lot of other things they sell licenses allowing people to "enter" other people's computers. Licenses are of limited duration which is why I see so many connects and disconnects of my Network.

It keeps going on that way.

Go to Settings in Start menu - Network&Internet - Status - Network Status - Change your Network Settings - view your Network Properties. That's how you can get the above noted info. I'm pretty darn sure that this is what's happening. Good luck.

Why would moving to the new EDGE stop this BitDefender warning ? I did nothing else other than that and I've never had this problem again. I would really like to understand this. 

I noticed that when I was on MSN.com with the old Edge browser, I would be nagged and nagged about the connection being blocked but I never noticed any other problem other  than the warning. On other sites, never had any problem. 

Without having any first-hand experience with the change (still using the old edge browser here), would guess that there is either some default which bypasses- or employs the use of some functionality, such as tls 1.3, perhaps?
