Bitdefender blocks the connection because it is unsafe to allow a certificate that is not correct.
The problem is that Microsoft has not upgrade the certificate.

Exactly my point! It's a MICROSOFT certificate that hasn't been UPDATED! It's still safe to allow it BECAUSE it's a Microsoft certificate!
I will not reply to anymore posts. The problem has been solved for me,because I did the research. Good luck to everyone.

2019-11-20T12:38:00+00:00 The problem here is that the certificate is being blocked, and not allowed to be used because of antivirus software. Allow the certificate through the antivirus software.
