Print Management Console Script error?

For the last couple of days I get this error when accessing printer properties or just selecting a printer in the print management console:

Anyone else having this issue?  Selecting yes or no has the same effect, i.e., none that I can tell.

I manage several print servers from the management console so looking in my workstation devices and printers isn't the answer. (seemed to be the answer of choice from a similar thread I saw and isn't applicable)

This update fixes the issue for current versions of Windows 10 (1903, 1909).

I just applied this and the Print Mgmt. Console is working again.

    I fixed it! This worked for me at least, but installing KB4519338 on a Windows 10 Pro 1809 VM broke the print management, then when I uninstalled the update from the VM, print management started working again. To uninstall it, open control panel -> programs -> programs and features -> installed updates, right click it, choose uninstall. It occurs to me that after doing that update it took the Print Management snap in a long time to list all the printers, too. My guess is that it uses Internet Explorer as it's guts to show everything, and KB4519338 made some big security changes for IE and Edge. I'll be removing this update from my workstation as well.

    My update history couldn't find either of the updates listed in that thread, though they may have both been overwritten at this point.

    There's a strong possibility it's a broken update! I just deployed a VM with the Windows 10 1809_v2 ISO, Pro version, and didn't do ANY updates, domain joined it, and added the print server to print management. I successfully selected printers with extended view without the script error. I'll start updates and see where it breaks.
