This update fixes the issue for current versions of Windows 10 (1903, 1909).

For the last couple of days I get this error when accessing printer properties or just selecting a printer in the print management console:
Anyone else having this issue? Selecting yes or no has the same effect, i.e., none that I can tell.
I manage several print servers from the management console so looking in my workstation devices and printers isn't the answer. (seemed to be the answer of choice from a similar thread I saw and isn't applicable)

2019-10-18T20:20:36+00:00 When you removed KB4517389, did KB4515384 appear? I installed 1903 V1 and did updates until KB4517389 installed, which is when print management broke on me. I never installed KB4515384, and after I uninstalled KB4517389 print management worked again. So if you can uninstall both KB4517389 AND KB4515384, it may work again.

2019-10-18T19:30:30+00:00 I just installed 1903 v2 into a VM and before any updates it was broken! Gah! It had these updates installed:
I wish I had checked BEFORE I started installing update (that top one finished before I could check Print Management) but it looks like that KB is for secure boot stuff. Googling the installed KBs showed that KB4515384 did similar stuff to the KB I removed to fix the issue in 1809. After rebooting KB4515384 was gone and KB4517389 was in it's place. So I uninstalled KB4517389, did a reboot, tried to uninstall KB4515384, but got the error "Update for Microsoft Windows (KB4515384) is required by your computer and cannot be uninstalled. Well, ****. I *really* miss the old update system where you could select the updates you wanted, regardless of it's importance level. I'm downloading a 1903 V1 ISO, let's see how that goes.
