Hello, I’ve tested in two different machines and confirmed that after the “feature update to windows 10 version 1909 via enablement package (KB4517245)” it’s no longer possible to copy-paste to the search box present in folders (upper right corner) using the mouse, the right click is completely disabled.
For now I’ve removed the (KB4517245)…
I have the KB4524570 CU Windows 10 v1903 build 18362.476 the problem only happens after the installation of the (KB4517245). With the build 18362.476 everything works perfect.
This has to be a windows bug.
Please help.

I suggest you start your own thread regarding Office etc.
In the old Control Panel when I select KB4517245 I have the option to uninstall. I'm not going it try it as I don't have problems.
There is no workaround (short of repair install or clean install I suppose) for the issues with Explorer Search so you will just have to use the Feedback Hub to detail the problem.
We have the same issue and most cant search a shared drive anymore
rebuilding search didnt fix it
reboot works for a short time
not fun affecting 100s of PCs

Doesn't help fix, might help troubleshoot.
Am experiencing the same issue with upgrades from various version of 10 and new deployments. Have noticed and can replicate easily, that if logging on with a local computer account the search bar with (right click) works as expected. Its only when logging on with a domain account the search bar stops being able to right click.
If anyone from MS has any troubleshooting steps that could help identify the issue?
Currently disabling GP's to see if any of them are causing the issue. will update if i find anything.
Just what I've found, wonder if its the same for anyone else maybe?
