I ran the Zune-Firmware first, not sure if that helps.

Hello, i have a ZuneHD and want connetc it to my PC. I can't find zune software. Please send me a link od avaleble zune software, or tell me the other way how to connect my zune device to PC. Windows 10.

2020-04-23T02:56:57+00:00 Couldn't use that program because it wanted too much money. I did, however, find another way to supposedly fix the error code and re-ran the firmware and installation file and got a different error:
Can't find the media for installation package 'Zune.' It might be incomplete or corrupt.
Error code: 0x800700002

2020-04-14T03:51:07+00:00 I did exactly as you mentioned and it worked well until the last bit of installation it comes up with an error that says:
Installation Failed
Setup must stop because the required package 'Zune' didn't install.
Error Code: 0x80070424
I did a search for that error code and it looks like the problem is with your system and not the installation package I posted.
