Hi there,
My problem is small popup window which appears in right bottom corner of the screen each time when I am launching windows explorer.
Would you please advise me how to eliminate the above described problem?

Hi there,
My problem is small popup window which appears in right bottom corner of the screen each time when I am launching windows explorer.

2020-03-24T20:03:24+00:00 I was able to solve this issue by carrying out the following steps:
(1) go to settings.
(2) go to apps.
(3) select Intel Optane Memory
(4) select Modify
It looks like nothing happen but go back to restart computer and the message at bottom right hand corner no longer shows.

2020-03-24T20:48:12+00:00 I don't have the Intel Optane Memory in my settings. I have Dynamic Platform.., HID Event.., Rapid Storage.., Wireless Bluetooth, Graphics Driver, Management Engine Components, Pinning Explorer Ext.., Wireless Software and Serial IO,..but not Optane Memory. ! ?
