Hi there,
My problem is small popup window which appears in right bottom corner of the screen each time when I am launching windows explorer.
Would you please advise me how to eliminate the above described problem?

Hi there,

2020-03-29T17:35:56+00:00 I copied all the steps I had to take, go into File Explorer etc. But when I tried to follow them, couldn't find all the things to click on, so I gave up in disgust & switched the thing off.
Next morning I tried again & hey presto, all the things I had to click on were there, so I did as I was told, then clicked on the last bit, think was 'modify' restarted & it had gone, never to be seen again.
