Hi there,
My problem is small popup window which appears in right bottom corner of the screen each time when I am launching windows explorer.
Would you please advise me how to eliminate the above described problem?

Unfortunately it did not work.
Instead self repair, I am getting the bellow messages.
Any advise where can I get missing *.msi file?

I followed all steps mentioned below, still I have the same issue in my laptop.
Model of the I am using is inspiron 5570.• DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
• DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
• DISM.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
• sfc /scannow
I am facing this problem soon after updating my laptop new version of Windows 10, version 1903. The date of updation of laptop 30-08-2019.
