Unable to load DLL iaStorAfsServiceApi.dll

Hi there,

My problem is small popup window which appears in right bottom corner of the screen each time when I am launching windows explorer.

Would you please advise me how to eliminate the above described problem?

    Same here...

    I don't have the Intel Optane Memory in my settings. I have Dynamic Platform.., HID Event.., Rapid Storage.., Wireless Bluetooth, Graphics Driver, Management Engine Components, Pinning Explorer Ext.., Wireless Software and Serial IO,..but not Optane Memory. !  ?

    Hello there.. Having the same problem, as above and just ran the YouTube vid. All looked promising but No. Still get the popup. When I try to Repair or Uninstall, the preparing to uninstall seems stalled, keeps turning, waiting, so I closed it. I keep getting this ref to the installation package ShellPackage.msi missing at the source: C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\IIFE004.TMP.  Can't find it on the laptop. I'm on Win 10, v1909. Ran a System Clean up, too a while and tried to remove the Memory Pinning again to no avail.  Getting the same response.. So I'm still stuck with this popup..

    Any other suggestions...
