Screensaver is not working after Windows update to 1903.

I have tried setting DISPLAY, SCREEN and all the other settings to enable the screensaver to come on at the set time but nothing happens? I have to close the lid when I leave my laptop alone for awhile

    I found how to fix mine after many months... Are you a gamer or have used a program called Easy Anti Cheat? Hit CTRL ALT DEL and look for EAC Easy Anti Cheat and End Task once closed your screen saver and or screen power off timer will work again.. Just remember any games that use EAC will reopen it and leave it running and you'll have to do this every single time... I have sent a letter to EAC about this issue for them to fix it so it will auto close when done with games.. 

    Hope this fixes any issue you have like it did mine..

    Same here Mine took a dump right after the update and it's driving me nuts!

    I have been hunting all over the place, trying to figure out why my screensaver wasn't working - I was about to do a reset on my windows and thought, "let me poke-around the internet a bit more" - and unplugging my Joy stick fixed it as well...

    I find that I need to reset screen saver and change the time whenever there is a windows update or screen saver stops working. Once I do this, the function resumes correctly. Also, the screen saver setting is accessed by ruling screen saver in search box. Although itmis still part of control panel mine is only able to be accessed via search panel on home screen or searchbox in  control panel.  Hope this helps
