Screensaver is not working after Windows update to 1903.

I have tried setting DISPLAY, SCREEN and all the other settings to enable the screensaver to come on at the set time but nothing happens? I have to close the lid when I leave my laptop alone for awhile

    I have the exact same problem as everyone else and as everyone else the only fix is to log back in every time.  I'm a consultant to dental offices and now it's just now my home computers but several of the offices don't want to log back in each time since they want their screen saver to kick on after 5 min.  There has got to be a fix coming from Microsoft.  This is nuts that when they issue a 'feature' upgrade, they break something that is convenient to so many users.

    I have the same issue.  I have a brand new computer and a fresh clean installation of Win 10 x64.  Screensaver worked just fine.  Today there was another MS update, now the screensaver has stopped working.

    This is very lame and MS needs to get their act together!

    i had the same issue.

    i updated video driver and now it is working.

    however, when monitor is in power save mode the monitor keeps cycling saying going to sleep.

    I'm now on version 1909. I have not noticed any more problems, and the screensaver is working as expected.

    If you can, try to update to 1909.

     I am completely up to date. Maybe I should send it back, exchange for new one. 3 days of trying to figure this out is making me really angry :(
