Fans and CPU running very high Windows 10 Build 1903

Gaathan, there is no guarantee that doing a system reset and reinstalling Windows 10 Version 1903 will correct this problem.  A lot of people may go through this unnecessary procedure with no benefit.

Richard - I understand that - there is no guarantee on anything these days - many people have emailed me stating it worked fine - there are also others that do this and it worked for them - Mine is just an option which worked on 4 of my PC's.  You have to take into consideration all the factors that individuals have on there computers - you do not have to do anything and wait - however when Temps are reaching a high state and fans are running faster than they should it needs to be corrected - those that have personally emailed me stated it worked for them - please understand this and rather than stating I am wrong

Your comments are not related to it taking two days for theSETJ to reinstall a complete system.  It would take me much longer than that because of the large amount of software I have installed on my system and I am using an SSD with an Intel i7-8700k and 16MB of DDR4.  Reinstalling software is user intensive, not hardware intensive.

I've done the resetting. It took 2 complete days for me to re-install all the software I had installed and returned to my state before resetting. However, it did nothing good, the issue persists. It's better to wait for a patch instead of doing a reset and see nothing changed.        

Hey there The SETJ, it took you 2 days to reinstall all your software, etc.  WOW sorry to hear that - what are you using as your hard drive(s) SSD, or HDD's  most computers bought within the last year or 2 are using the faster trouble free SSD's.  They are so much easier to work with and so much faster.  There is nothing wrong with HDD drives but they are pretty slow in today's technological world.

Wait for Microsoft to have a patch for all these issues and in the meantime you can always go into your Task Manager to see what processes are running - there are many tabs in this program - Processes, Performance, App history, Startup, Users, Details and Services.  It will default to the first tab - Processes, this section shows a percentage of your CPU usage.  You can always right click on a program and end the task - just be aware of and make sure you know that program you are about to end.

Now the other tab I would look at is Startup - this will show you all the programs that start up when you turn on your computer - many of them are not necessary to start up and are using resources that will slow your performance

trust me, most agents do not even now what they are talking about and the always call for the hardware problem or the reset. The only solution i found was going back to windows 1809, i never reset my pc, because i was sure it would not have fixed it. The only thing to do is writing about this and waiting for a patch.

Fun facts

one of the agents i spoke to continued to say that the problem was due to me overclocking my processor. Well my processor is a core i7 8565u and it is in a laptop and there is no way to overclock! And after telling this to her she still wouldn't listen and so said that the fault was due to turbo boost and that i should ask to one i know who is keen on tecnology (because for her i am not) to solve the problem. With many of the agents i spoke to i nearly had to explain them how a pc worked, only 2 out of 10 were prepared and made a report to ms.
