    Bonjour,

    afin de résoudre mon problème, il m'a fallu réinstaller windows 10 à partir d'une clef usb. En effet, la mise à jour ou le redémarrage à zéro prévu par windows me ramenait au même résultat. Mon Pc a été infecté par un ransomware, qui à rajouté des extensions indéverrouillables à l'ensemble de mes fichiers et sur l'ensemble de mes disques. Heureusement que je disposais d'une sauvegarde en externe.
