yes i tried this method and other method

again and again i got the same message with additional as some security and intelligence missing or deleted.

let me know any other problems' regarding my device? As my windows 10 digitally signed one.

I got solution regarding this issue showing on Windows update troubleshooter. The solution is very easy.

Just go to Settings--Network and Internet. then click on the Properties (under your network connection). Toggle the switch of Set as Metered Connection (in the Metered Connection section) to off position. Otherwise you can go to **settings--Update & security-- windows update(**advanced options--enable option of "download updates over metered connection") and after windows update installed successfully, you can also disable option of "download updates over metered connection" in advanced option.

And try to update Windows Update, your problem solved. and also check isPostback_RC_Pendingupdates problem also being fixed, just rerun windows update troubleshooter.
