    I am unable to start or stop them 

    the options were in grey

    im having the same issue but when i run this code

    Ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old

    it shows that

    Ren : Cannot rename because item at 'C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution' does not exist.

    At line:1 char:1

    • Ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old

    I still cannot get July 14, 2020—KB4565503 (OS Build 19041.388) to install. Background Intelligence transfer and Windows update. Both keep resetting to Manual
