Switching out of S mode : Blank screen

Whenever I open the Microsoft store to switch out of S-mode. A Button reading "learn more" appears, however whenever I click this the store loads a completely blank gray screen, is there another option to switch out of S-mode, or is the link to the store broken?

    Hi jeffshover,

    My name is Pedro. I'm an Independent Advisor trying to help.

    Give a try to this.

    Make a right-click on the Windows taskbar and go to Task Manager > Services > find wuauserv > Make a right-click on it and Restart the service.

    Then go to the Microsoft Store and go to Switch out of S mode again and see if this time works.

    Hi Jeff,

    As of the moment, there's no current workaround on this concern, I've seen a common here at community. It seems the issue will be addressed by Microsoft as soon as possible to resolve the issue. what you can do right now is to update your device to it's latest windows update and also the firmware update. I will notify you within 24 hours what are the current update within the community.

    Hiya, I am having the same problem today, wuauserv is not listed in Services. Any suggestions?

    yeah, im having the same issue. completely up to date as of 9:52 and have no way to disable s mode
