Whenever I open the Microsoft store to switch out of S-mode. A Button reading "learn more" appears, however whenever I click this the store loads a completely blank gray screen, is there another option to switch out of S-mode, or is the link to the store broken?

Same issue, this is ridiculous. I did notice however on mine when I was downloading chrome it gave m the option to switch from S mode. When I got to the screen to "get" windows 10 home, I was confused thinking I already had it. I closed the screen out. Now i only get the grey screen. Microsoft needs to fix this. I also bought my lenovo ideapad for work. I have to be able to download other applications that are not on the MS store. Please fix this.
I am having the same issue with my lenova ideapad that I purchased yesterday (was not warned about s mode when purchasing) for a quick fix until I can buy a more hardy desktop (was looking into switching from apple products). 3 disconnected phone calls later with tech support and on hold now for over an hour on the 4th try now.
Same issue. Incredibly obnoxious. This is quickly eroding all the goodwill that Microsoft has been building with WSL, VSCode, etc
If you don't want to let people switch out of S mode, that's a terrible idea, but ok, whatever. Just be upfront about it. But if you're gonna tell people they can switch out easily quickly and for free, there is no excuse for that functionality not to be working perfectly 100% of the time.
This is really funny. I purchased a new laptop yesterday and found that I have to switch out of S-mode to have a normal Win10 OS. Followed the steps to switch and...nope, Microsoft Store has a problem. After several calls to MS support, no resolution. I have a case #, have had two calls "scheduled" from "Tier 2" support that have not occurred. Oh yeah, this is the first Win OS machine that I've purchased since 1999.
