Switching out of S mode : Blank screen

Whenever I open the Microsoft store to switch out of S-mode. A Button reading "learn more" appears, however whenever I click this the store loads a completely blank gray screen, is there another option to switch out of S-mode, or is the link to the store broken?

    OKAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY FINALLY IT'S OKAY !!! Go to the Microsoft store, clik on the three points on the up right corner, choose download update, on the page click get updates, then Microsoft store will update and it will work again!! 

    Yes, FINALLY, just did an update of microsoft store, did the switch to windows 10 home under settings>activation, went to Store and got the switch out of S mode.   HOORAY

    and first thing I did was download Chrome......

    I ended up fixing mine by getting another computer. Mine was brand new, I took it back to the retailer and they exchanged it for me. I believe they understood that the machine was entirely useless to me with only Microsoft Store software allowed on it. When I booted up the replacement, and after going through the setup, the very first thing I did was went to settings, and licensing and clicked the learn more link. It did come up that time and allowed me to switch out of s mode. Good riddance, what a horrible ploy to capture customers. Makes me feel that I could go with out microsoft products, i would.

    Same issue. Incredibly obnoxious. This is quickly eroding all the goodwill that Microsoft has been building with WSL, VSCode, etc

    If you don't want to let people switch out of S mode, that's a terrible idea, but ok, whatever. Just be upfront about it.  But if you're gonna tell people they can switch out easily quickly and for free, there is no excuse for that functionality not to be working perfectly 100% of the time.

    I'm having the same issue and it's really pissing me off--makes me want to never buy another Miscrosoft product. Everything else in the store is working fine, so it makes me wonder if this glitch is intentionally crafted by MS to thwart users from downloading Chrome and competing with Bing. 

    seriously, I cant even use anything I was relying on. I need outside programs for school, and the 4 different antivirus updates ive had are pissing me off as well
