Yes, did all the updates and still the blank screen in the Store. I'll have to wait for the fix.

Whenever I open the Microsoft store to switch out of S-mode. A Button reading "learn more" appears, however whenever I click this the store loads a completely blank gray screen, is there another option to switch out of S-mode, or is the link to the store broken?

Had to return my laptop I bought for my family. Not going to buy a Microsoft product until this is fixed.

2019-08-01T12:26:55+00:00 Thank you for this advice. Since my PC is new, I gave it a shot. Everything was great until I from Activation screen in settings, I selected go to store. I was told I could not switch out of s mode with out updating the MS store. I opted to give it a try and I'm back to square one. It is leading me to believe the issue is with the store since that is the ONLY update I made following the same instructions to reset the computer. I'm really hoping the bug fix comes out soon as my PC is rendered useless without the ability to download non store items.

2019-08-01T11:07:58+00:00 Same issue. Very frustrating. I'll be returning my Surface GO because of this. I was intending to switch from apple because of the control iTunes has over everything Apple.... but this is even worse. Thanks but no thanks Microsoft!!
