2019-08-31T13:49:47+00:00 I'm not even sure I have heard that sometimes you should wait for a Windows Update but I think we have had a few so far since this issue began. I know for a fact an Upgrade Repair will not fix the issue. I guess for some DISM is solving the issue while for others it isn't. So I'm not even sure what to say really. But I do know this is more a Windows issue then a machine specific issue but it seems to be effecting certain machines.

2019-08-31T16:38:13+00:00 I am no expert however I know the problems I was able to solve with the help of others.
The problem may be related to permissions or a bad security value, as it was with my computer. One should make sure that Windows Update is working properly. My experience is that in most cases it is not and if it is not then you will keep having problems for each time it runs it creates more problems. And again I use only the DOS Administrative Shell when I run the commands in the following order.
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
SFC /scannow
And if delay is important, as some suggest, when running the SFC /scannow one might want to reboot before running that command however I have never done that, though I think I will start doing that.
After the last problem reported by the Log I have never had another one for every time I run the commands SFC finds no errors. After doing these commands there is no doubt in my mind that one should find no errors as reported by SFC. If one finds errors all the time something is wrong with ones computer like maybe bad RAM or SSD drive or Hard Drive however usually Win 10 will report such problems and Win 10 does offer diagnostics for ones Hard Drive and Ram.

2019-09-04T15:23:32+00:00 So far I've been having numerous issues using Windows and Windows only. Playing games I find no issue for some reason but the desktop is having issues since this problem. So far I've disabled Defender from doing real-time protection when enabled I get stuttering issues and mouse jumps. I feel it maybe related to this issue upon using DISM and SFC Scan. I believe prior to doing it there was no issues so there is a bug in Defender upon a release of some update and using DISM i suppose fixes some issues while leaving the bigger problem unfixed.
