2019-07-11T13:44:17+00:00 But I already can say that several runs of SFC and DISM finally resolved the corrupted files. But that were at least 5-6 runs that were necessary to fix it for me. I also run chkdsk betwen the calls once on my main drive so this may also contributed to the solution.

2019-07-11T12:30:21+00:00 You can also try downloading an ISO file of Windows 10 install. Mount the ISO file in Windows, which will create a new drive letter. Run setup.exe to either upgrade Windows 10, or to repair Windows, if the ISO is the same version as you have now.
You can create an ISO file by running the Media Creation Tool.

No that option don´t work. (Well it may work, untill you run the updates)
As the Ben Zink suggests: it might be an issue within windows update.. As I have the issue on two PC´s right now.. both with recently fresh installs..

2019-07-11T12:28:24+00:00 I think this is an issue that was introduced with one of the last montly rollouts. I'm still on 1809 and I have the same issue so this might not be an 1903 exclusive issue
