2019-09-05T20:03:41+00:00 Yeah done all that its the usual miss cases though for things like No CD Keys which I use for physical games I own that used DRM that Windows 10 no longer supports. Defender found 1 and I deleted it cause I don't even know what the file was. I believe I may have found the issue though cause i haven't seen much of an issue so far. But supposedly USB 3.0 hubs are garbage on old gen CPU's something about power not being utilized properly and runs through the CPU if the hub doesn't have a proper external power supply. But I finally had enough and been trying to wipe clean the BIOS. So I grabbed the most stable bios update for the z77x-ud5h 1.1 Gigabyte board. The most recent bios updates were all beta's and could have been the problem. So yeah did all that and so far I don't know notice much of an issue so hopefully its that.

2019-09-05T16:12:11+00:00 No expert but my quick conjecture is the same stupid conjecture that you would get by most and that is an infection. I assume you are using Win 10. Check to make sure you are getting the updates for Windows defender if not try running the fixer for Windows Update by going to Settings>Update&Security>
>Troubleshoot>Windows Update. It does some times work but then sometimes it does not work. I would also run Malwarebytes and before this a "boot time/offline scan" of your computer. Windows defender offers an "offline" scan which should work at Settings>Update&Security>Windows security>Virus and Threat protection>Scan options>Windows Defender Offline Scan. This all is assuming that you have run "chkdsk /f" from an elevated DOS prompt on your ssd/hd, this does require a reboot.

2019-09-04T15:23:32+00:00 So far I've been having numerous issues using Windows and Windows only. Playing games I find no issue for some reason but the desktop is having issues since this problem. So far I've disabled Defender from doing real-time protection when enabled I get stuttering issues and mouse jumps. I feel it maybe related to this issue upon using DISM and SFC Scan. I believe prior to doing it there was no issues so there is a bug in Defender upon a release of some update and using DISM i suppose fixes some issues while leaving the bigger problem unfixed.
