Cannot Update Windows 10 1903...It Stuck on 60%

Hi Sumit"), just wanted to update you.

I successfully updated to 1903 build, after performing the below steps...

• Go to your RSA machine keys folder: C:\Users\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys
• Find a machine key (file) whose name starts with d6d986f09a1ee04e24c949879fdb506c_*. If you open it using notepad, you should see plain text "NetFrameworkConfigurationKey".
• Backup this file to some other folder.
• Delete this file.
• Following the same steps as 2-4 to backup and delete iisWasKey: 76944fb33636aeddb9590521c2e8815a_*
• Following the same steps as 2-4 to backup and delete iisConfigurationKey: 6de9cb26d2b98c01ec4e9e8b34824aa2_*

And I succeeded after 5 tries by renaming MachineKeys to MachineKeys.Old and creating a new empty MachineKeys folder.  I saw that suggestion elsewhere online -- it worked for me.  I'm now the proud owner of MachineKeys.Old, which I can't delete, but I did manage to move it over to the Temp Download folder so I don't mind.  :)

Getting This Type Of Error Message While Updating The Windows 10 1903...It Stops At 60%.... Showing The Message As Windows Could not configure One Or More System Components...To Install the Windows Restart the computer and then restart the installation...

Please Help Me To Get Over It...

The solution that has worked for me with this same problem for months: Open command window as admin, and enter this at c:\ DOS prompt:   DISM.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

It takes about 1 half hour to run, wait for successful message and back to c:\

then enter "exit" to close the DOS window.

My computer has tried to update 4 times... gets to 60%,... says it has a problem and undoes all the changes it just made.  Is this update necessary to keep Windows 10 working properly?  Please advise if I need to fix something on my computers.
