Getting This Type Of Error Message While Updating The Windows 10 1903...It Stops At 60%.... Showing The Message As Windows Could not configure One Or More System Components...To Install the Windows Restart the computer and then restart the installation...

Please Help Me To Get Over It...

    So restart the PC to see if anything changes. If Ctrl Alt Del doesn't work then press and hold Power button, then power back on to see what happens and report back.

    Are you running the Upgrade to Version 1903 by installing Media Creation Tool, opening the tool and choosing Upgrade this PC now?

    If so and it won't progress move to the next step to use the media to Upgrade version following these steps for Overcoming Version Upgrade hurdles: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

    That is not running the Media Creation Tool as I suggested. That picture is of the buggy Windows Upgrade Advisor which is used by buggy Windows Update to upgrade versions, or if you run it from the MCT downloads page.

    I suggest again to install the Media creation Tool, open it, and choose Upgrade This PC now. This runs the media after it downloads with no interference from Upgrade Advisor.

    You can also use the MCT to create media so you don't have to keep downloading it, by choosing after you open it to Create Media and either make the bootable flash stick or download the ISO. Then open stick or double click ISO to mount it, run Setup file as Admin.
