Bluetooth Headset cannot be used as both headphones and speakers

It's July 2021 already and they still unable to fix this bluetooth earbuds/headphone stuff..... I am having this issue with my Mpow X3 earbuds... can't find a way through... In the end I gave out and purchased some cheap fake JBL earbuds from Aliexpress but surprisingly it works...

Can't really understand how this happened but I conclude it as below:

1. mostly genuine brand earbuds/headphones are having this issues
2. 2 Choices (Good Quality Audio but no mic OR bad/crappy quality Audio with mic)
3. Genuine Earbuds/headphones work great on phone
4. Cheap fake Earbuds/headphones still able to use "Good Quality" Audio with mic (even the fake Earbuds/headphones can't produce the audio quality like the genuine brand, it still sounds better than the Genuine brand on bad/crappy quality Audio with mic mode aka Handsfree AG / Headset Audio)

Just sharing some of my ideas, hope to get some clues to solve this issues ASAP.

Well I will solve the problem for anyone who is searching or waiting for a fix to this, you will never be able to have Good Quality Sound as in using the (insert Headphones name here) Stereo option and use the mic from them at the same time, this is a limitation of the Bluetooth protocol, When using the Stereo option the Headphones are using the A2DP Profile defined by the Bluetooth Stack, when switching to Headset profile to use the Mic at the same time it switched to HandsFreeProfile (HFP), it will never be possible to use the MIC and have Stereo 16/44.1 (or higher) sound at the same time, not with any current (2021 Headphones/Headsets) and current Bluetooth 5.1, maybe with future generations it will be possible, who knows. But for anyone trying to find a fix, there is no fix, this is a limitation of the Protocol and Technology, max you can get is the quality you get when Switching Playback and Record Device to the "namehere" Headset device

Right, the issue with that is the audio is a very bad mono sound (lots of static noise on my headsets when i do this). They really need to add more channels to BT. would be nice to be able to use my BT headset with multiplayer games and be able to use the BT headset's mic while also hearing great sound from the game.

I have been having this issues for AGES, but what I can tell that is the culprit is that Windows recognizes the BT headphones as a "Hands-Free" device. So whenever you're communicating through the BT device, it mutes all other sounds.

For my laptop, the work around was to disable the "hands-free" mic associated with my BT headset and to record the sound through my laptop's mic. A weird work around, but it worked... kinda. However, now that I am home and trying to use these headphones on my desktop that doesn't have a built in mic, I am back to square one.

My thought process is maybe if we can get rid of the "hands-free" component in the recording device area, we might be on a good path. However, I cannot figure out how to do that. Any insight on how to do that would be great!
